All designs, plans, and other intellectual property created for the project remain our property. You may use these materials for your personal use but not for commercial purposes.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
